    研究领域

    1. 新颖LNPs的设计和构建

    利用化学的手段,针对mRNA递送过程中可能出现的障碍,设计合成新型的LNPs;利用生物学的研究方法,系统地考察mRNA-LNPs的递送效率和体内治疗效果。运载体的生物性质、构效关系将作为重要信息反馈用以指导载体化学结构的进一步改造合成,从而实现高效的mRNA治疗。

    2. 肿瘤精准治疗/诊疗一体化

    利用治疗性小分子药物或生物药物靶向肿瘤特定的信号通路,抑制肿瘤生长,实现肿瘤的精准治疗;应用免疫学原理和方法,激发和增强机体抗肿瘤免疫应答,杀伤肿瘤细胞,抑制肿瘤生长;利用肿瘤治疗过程中引发的特定分子信号的变化,结合成像技术如荧光成像、光声成像等,实现肿瘤的精准诊疗。

    主要业绩:

    主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,作为核心成员参与多项国家科学基金面上项目;先后在Chem. Soc. Rev.(中科院一区Top,IF: 39.0)、Angew Chem. Int. Ed.(中科院一区Top IF: 16.9)、Adv. Compos. Hybrid Mater. (中科院一区Top,IF: 23.2)等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文20篇,以第一作者/通讯作者的身份发表了10篇研究性论文,授权专利1项。
