    二、研究领域

    食源性功能因子的高效制备、构效关系解析及健康效应机制研究,重点围绕食源性活性肽与肠道稳态、神经保护及肠-脑通讯的基础理论及分子机制。

    三、主要业绩:

    主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、云南省教育厅科研项目等8项;作为骨干参与十三五十四五国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、云南省科技厅重大科技专项等科研项目多项。发表研究论文30余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Food ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryPhytomedicine等期刊发表SCI论文11篇,EI论文1篇;申请国家发明专利6项。受邀作为Food ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood & Function等国内外期刊审稿人。
