利用各种基于系统技术(蛋白质组学、亲和纯化质谱AP-MS、翻译后修饰PTM分析、交联质谱XL-MS、邻近标记质谱、定量质谱)的高通量方法探索感染期间宿主细胞系统的变化。在此基础上,结合功能基因组技术CRISPR-Cas9、RNAi筛选、染色质免疫沉淀ChIP和微阵列分析,研究病原物蛋白与宿主蛋白的相互作用。
