二、研究领域：

1.新型疫苗和抗病毒药物研发

针对新发突发传染病开发新型疫苗（mRNA疫苗、蛋白亚单位疫苗、病毒样颗粒VLP疫苗、病毒载体疫苗）；基于假病毒系统平台和类器官模型进行天然产物和代谢物等抗病毒药物的高通量筛选，开发天然微生态制剂。

2.治疗型抗体和体外诊断试剂盒的开发应用

针对人感染类疾病开发治疗型抗体和体外诊断试剂盒；针对大型经济动物（猪）和宠物（猫、狗等）感染类疾病开发治疗型抗体和体外诊断试剂盒。

3.病原物与宿主相互作用

利用各种基于系统技术（蛋白质组学、亲和纯化质谱AP-MS、翻译后修饰PTM分析、交联质谱XL-MS、邻近标记质谱、定量质谱）的高通量方法探索感染期间宿主细胞系统的变化。在此基础上，结合功能基因组技术CRISPR-Cas9、RNAi筛选、染色质免疫沉淀ChIP和微阵列分析，研究病原物蛋白与宿主蛋白的相互作用。

4.溶瘤病毒的开发

采用HSV-1、腺病毒、慢病毒、痘病毒等病毒载体开发溶瘤和CAR-T等癌症基因治疗疗法。
