1.以疾病标志物及食品危害因子为靶分子,将生物纳米技术与分子器件相结合发展智能化生物传感器及可穿戴式生物传感器。以手机、气压计、温敏计等为检测手段,发展适用于现场定量快检的便携式检测新方法。开发化学阵列传感器,对多种靶标分子实现快速鉴别、检测及清除一体化。同时开展微型化分析仪器研制工作。
2.基于新型生物纳米材料的光学成像导向重大疾病诊疗一体化研究。目前集中开发长时间化学发光纳米材料,实现肿瘤病灶部位、微生物感染伤口微环境自应激光学成像预警及高效治疗一体化。
3.合成食源性生物纳米材料,开发具有杀菌功能的可降解型智能化食品包装,用于监测食品新鲜度并延长货架期。另一方面,根据食品功能因子作用微环境,拟构建功能因子稳态化生物纳米靶向递送体系,实现靶向释放及精准营养,提高其生物利用率。
以第一作者及通讯联系人发表SCI论文97篇,影响因子大于10的23篇。国内授权专利7项,国际PCT专利分别获得美国、德国、日本及中国授权。主持国家级及省部级项目10项,横向项目2项。被遴选为国家科技部在库专家,国家重大仪器开发专项会评专家。天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第一层次人才,天津市特聘教授,天津市创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才,天津市高校中青年骨干创新人才,天津市技术合同认定登记工作评审专家,天津市食品协会理事,中国食品报社、中国食品学院联盟专家委员会委员,吉林省松原经济计划园区院士专家工作站进站专家。被授予天津市“三八红旗手”荣誉称号。
