开发近红外漫射光谱(near-infrared diffuse optical spectroscopy-NIRS)以及相关光谱与成像(diffuse correlation spectroscopy/ tomography, DCS/DCT)技术探测生物组织的血流动力学信息(包括血流、血氧和氧代谢)。NIRS是根据光子在生物组织内输运过程中吸收和散射的特性来测量血氧含量的传统方法;DCS/DCT是根据光场时间自相关函数在动态散射体扩散原理测量血流的新技术。本团队长期从事NIRS和 DCS/DCT技术的开发,并将这些技术成功地应用于临床。具体包括:
3.医学计算成像及信号和图像处理;系统地考察光学信号的噪声来源以及对血流测量的影响,并在此基础上开发与生理状态相关联的DCS血流测量方式和去噪算法;以及开发结合形态学影像的精确DCT血流计算成像方法和图像处理方法。
近年来的主要工作是:发展近红外漫射光技术来无创检测生物组织的血流、血氧和代谢,并应用于临床,进行多种疾病早期诊断和治疗评估。 曾经主持美国心脏协会(AHA)的基金一项,参与美国国立卫生院(NIH)等机构的基金三项;作为负责人和首席科学家,2016年和2023年先后承担国家重点研发计划“数字诊疗装备研发”和“战略性科技创新合作”两个重点专项,以及国家自然科学基金、山西省重点研发计划、山西省基础研究计划、企业横向等科研项目;发表SCI论文50余篇,SCI引用1300余次。曾任IEEE等3个国际会议的委员会主席或执行委员。中国医疗保健国际交流促进会重症医学专业委员会常委、微电子与光电子材料与器件专家委员会副主任委员、中国光学学会光电技术专业委员会委员,中国仪器仪表学会光机电技术与系统集成分会理事,中国光学学会生物医学光子学专业委员会委员,中国体视学学会智能成像专业委员会委员;目前担任5种国际期刊的编委/客座编辑和20余种国际期刊的审稿人。2017年聘任“山西特聘专家”,2018年入选“三晋英才”人才计划和中共山西省委联系的高级专家。
